Rosedale Master Homeowners Association

The Rosedale Master Association is pleased to announce the availability of Memorial Benches throughout our community. This program provides residents or local HOAs with a meaningful way to honor the memory of a loved one, recognize a family member, celebrate a special occasion, or just for community enjoyment.

Program Highlights

 

• Memorial benches are available on a limited basis in approved locations.

• A personalized plaque will be available to recognize a loved one, special individual, or local community.

• Applications are subject to review and approval by the Association.

• Sponsorship fees help cover the cost of the bench, installation, and a commemorative plaque.

Benches Available:

 

·     2 - Eastwood Park

·     2 - small parks at Tobermory and Carnoustie

·     1 - large dog park

·     2 - along 51st Terrace facing the ponds

·     1 - along 53rd Drive E facing the pond

·     1 – Doon Valley on sidewalk side facing pond across the street

·     1 – park at Baltry Court

 

Cost of sponsorship of a bench is $750.

Plaques are 8” X 3” and cast bronze. It supports 3 to 4 lines depending on font size and number of words. We will work with you and the vendor to customize.
